Shipping Policy

Shipment times are listed at check-out.

Due to the pandemic, delays are possible due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.

All STOCK orders are fulfilled within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)  after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

All Non-Stock orders can take up to 3 weeks to be fulfilled (excluding weekends and holidays)  after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Please note that Order Processing/Fulfillment does not mean shipping time. It is the fulfillment or wait time of your order.

If for some reason, you have not received your items, Please contact Canada Post directly. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. 

If you need your items right away, please choose EXPRESSPOST or contact us so we can find an alternative solution for you.
